We recently had the great pleasure of working with the Texas Restaurant Association, Urban Roots Farm, & the Pro-start culinary program of Glenn High School. It was wonderful to meet the students interested in becoming the next class of cooks & to share with them a bit about how farming relates to our industry and why it is so important to our future. We also enjoyed the enthusiastic farm tour!
