We’re so excited to host hunter, angler, gardener and cook Hank Shaw on his book tour for Duck, Duck, Goose! Hank is well known for his excellent food writing and impeccable knowledge of foraging, hunting, fishing, and cooking foods direct from the land.
Join us on Monday, January 27 as Hank cooks up some tasty fowl along with Dai Due’s Jesse Griffiths and our own Ned Elliott. The dinner will be four courses plus dessert, with wine, beer, and copies of Duck, Duck, Goose available for purchase.
There will be two seatings, at 6:00PM and 8:30PM.
